We apply natural farming methods that respect the environment and people, without using natural fertilizers in our gardens on the slopes of Kaz Mountains.

We harvest our olives, which we have carefully grown, early without touching the soil from our centuries-old trees, and produce them with cold pressing in a 2-phase (Ecological) Continuous System without waiting.

We do not use paper or soil filters, we rest them in our chrome tanks and apply the “Traditional Precipitation Method”.

Every year we give our products names that have special meaning to us.

We named our oil this year after the location where our trees are located.
